Rentable E-commerce System: v5.63.1

Rentable E-commerce System: v5.63.1

The latest version of Sellvio, v5.63.1, includes several enhancements designed to support regulatory compliance and improve the flexibility of ERP integrations. As part of this update, an online withdrawal feature has been introduced, making it easier for customers to submit withdrawal requests for their orders. The update also adds the option to display the lowest consumer price from the previous 30 days for discounted products and further extends the MonolIT ERP integration with more flexible partner identifier handling during invoicing processes.

Online withdrawal feature

The Sellvio system now includes an online withdrawal feature, accessible to customers through the website footer. After providing the basic order details, customers can easily submit a withdrawal request, even on an item-by-item basis within an order. For logged-in users, the system automatically pre-fills the available information, making the process faster and more convenient.

The purpose of this feature is to enable customers to manage the withdrawal process in a simple and transparent manner while reducing administrative workload and supporting compliance with legal requirements. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, the administrator receives a notification and can begin processing the request.

Lowest consumer price in the last 30 days

Sellvio now supports displaying the lowest consumer price from the previous 30 days for discounted products. The lowest price is shown when the product has an active discounted price and a recorded price history.

This enhancement promotes more transparent price communication and supports compliance with regulations governing the display of discounted products.

MonolIT ERP partner identifier management

The MonolIT ERP integration has been enhanced with more flexible partner identifier management. During invoicing, Sellvio primarily forwards the partner code specified in the order. If no partner code is available, the system records the customer's external ERP identifier instead. This improvement ensures more accurate data transfer and a more reliable invoicing process when using the integration.
